Location Manager

With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, Virginia began her career as a dental assistant in general dentistry before discovering her passion for pediatric dentistry. She joined Children's Dental FunZone eight years ago as a dental assistant and, with the support of the organization, earned her RDA and OA licenses. Her dedication to growth and leadership led her to a back-office supervisor role and eventually to her current position as office manager.

She is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where both patients and team members feel comfortable and valued. She enjoys mentoring her team and helping them grow while ensuring every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care. Working with children is one of the most rewarding parts of her role, and she approaches each visit with patience, flexibility, and creative techniques to help make dental visits a positive experience.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her four-year-old son and creating family memories through activities such as attending Monster Jam events, swimming, outdoor play, dining out, and traveling together.
